Hitachi Inspire Life

Delta Sound supplied all sound and communication systems for the recent Hitachi Inspire Life event at the QEII centre London. The event was based around a walk through environment showcasing Hitachi's latest innovations and developments.

The walk though consisted of a thirty meter tunnel with full media interaction which then filtered into a very large 180 degree cinema environment with full 5.1 surround sound. This was used to accompany a specifically designed video & audio sequence. which involved flyover sequences of large cities and countryside's. On then to a mock up TV studio with actor's integrating with the audience members, through to a smaller 180 degree cinema with full surround sound showcasing Hitachi's developments in transport. A further actor integrated area then lead the guest though to the Future Life area where Hitachi's development team were able to showcase some of the newer technology still to see its public release.

With so many areas with sound equipment deployed, a central control area was established to monitor and maintain the audio soundscapes. Remote mix stations were also used and a team of four ran the event for the five day period.

Over seventy ways of event communications were also deployed to satisfy all the relevant departments and Front of House teams.

The event ran to perfection with all involved producing a first class experience and one that looks to be repeated again in Europe later in the year.
